Jack Dill, PLS-2297

I've been working in the survey profession since 1981, licensed since 1990.  I've been a surveyor for the City of Springfield since 1986 and I've been the Supervisor of Survey Operations there since 1994.  I taught GPS for Surveying and Mapping at Missouri State University in the evenings from 2002 to 2015.
